Yoga is for anyone interested in developing flexibility, stability, balance, and strength for overall health and well-being. The room is dimly lit and gently warmed. New yoga students practice alongside veteran students in a shared energy that encourages each to experience the power of movement. This class is suited for ALL fitness levels.
