Not ready for an hour ride? Want some weights and cardio blended together? This class is perfect for you. Our ride layout is 7-8 minutes on the bike, 4 strength movements off the bike. We go through this rotation 3 times and you’re done. Great balance of just enough cardio and just enough strength & balance.
