Functional fitness means you will be using your full body as you do in your daily life but with the challenge of weights. We will utilize TRX bands, wall ball throws, KB swings, heavy carry, battle ropes and much more. This is station driven so you are working at your own pace and ability. We are going to build you a strong, FUNCTIONAL Body.
