We all need to be strong, stable and mobile. The only problem is if you are not consistent the chance of injury from a fall becomes greater. This is a great class with guidance and coaching for proper form. The regular attendees of this class have become like family and look forward to the camaraderie this class offers along with the strength, balance, and mobility. This class is excellent for seniors who have range of motion and balance issues.
